Common Questions
What's included in the base price?
Every subscription includes our core Incident Management module with full ICS form support, role-based access control, audit logging, and our 99.9% uptime SLA. Security features like encryption and SSO are included at no extra cost.
Can I add modules later?
Yes. You can add modules at any time during your subscription. We'll prorate the cost for the remainder of your billing period. Many customers start with the core platform and add modules as their needs evolve.
Is there a per-user fee?
No. We don't believe in per-seat pricing that discourages collaboration during emergencies. Your tier includes a set number of user accounts, with the option to add more if needed. Enterprise plans include unlimited users.
What if my population changes?
Population tiers are based on your jurisdiction's served population at the time of subscription. If your population grows significantly, we'll work with you to transition to the appropriate tier at renewal.
Do you offer discounts for multi-year contracts?
Yes. We offer 10% off for 2-year agreements and 15% off for 3-year agreements. Contact our sales team to discuss multi-year options.
Is training included?
All subscriptions include standard onboarding and access to our self-service training library. Mid-Size and larger tiers include dedicated onboarding sessions. Custom training programs are available for enterprise customers.
